One of the few acoustic blues duos on the scene, Black Patti draw their unique sound from the incredible diversity of Prewar Blues. The long overdue debut "No Milk No Sugar" features ragtime dance music, spirituals and deep black delta blues. It provides an excellent musical map of a long-forgotten America. The album was recorded on analog equipment with ribbon microphones from the 40s and
vintage instruments at Black Shack studios in CALW.
