For this anniversary release we focus on the special relationship Eddie Cochran had with his fans. Eddie Cochran was known for the deep connection and lasting relationship he cultivated with his admirers.
Accompanying this limited edition 10“ vinyl album are pictures of Eddie with his fans, fan photos sent to him in personal letters, and various fan club memorabilia. During the 1950s, fan clubs were crucial for connecting with artists, and reading the letters – all previously unpublished – we can experience first hand the impact they had on Eddie.
These letters also offer a glimpse into Eddie's world at the time, revealing details about TV performances, concert dates and the songs he sang.
