We care about our environment! In 2016 we developed an own packaging that reduces plastic. We are saving some tons of plastic every year. Only the cellophane outside (requirement from the shops) and the CD is made out of plastic, the rest is made of heavy cardboard. We are still the only roots music record company that introduced the 6-panel deluxe eco pack. Our shipping boxes are used, we get them from a Hifi equipment manufacturer, excellent heavy quality. Also, our inside packaging material is used, we get it from local companies. Our office and warehouse are equipped with used furniture and we even buy most of our IT equipment second hand. When we listen to "test pressings" or "pre-masters" we use DUAL equipment manufactured in the late 1970s as well as Phillips/SONY/Kenwood Hifi equipment from the 1980/90s. Our company car is hybrid and we prefer to drive electric. On the roof of our office, we have installed 29 kWp photovoltaic modules to produce our own electricity. Returns from our dealers are sold in our webshop instead of recycling them, as most other companies do.
